Abstract
European values can be considered one of the main products of centuries-old socio-political and social history of Europe. After passing through many historic millstones, a pan-European value-based apparatus, one might say, has found its final form in our time. European value-based apparatus with an ideological point of view can be divided into two main layers, closely connected with each other: social and public policy.
